Russell Hansen

HANSEN, Russell Warren, Born June 19, 1942 in Los Angeles, Calif.  Passed away March, 6, 2015 in Palmdale, Calif.  He is survived by his daughter, Suzanne Hansen, grandchildren, Kenneth Russell Tivis, Krystal Marie Tivis, Jessica Lyn Tivis, Trina Nicole Tivis, Timothy Adam Carter, brother, Gary Hansen and wife Jodi, sister, Patty Wagner, nephew, Joseph, nieces, Kelly and Laurie.  Mr. Hansen was preceded in death by his wife, Sherrill M. Hansen and parents, Robert and Audrey Hansen.  Russ graduated from Washington High School in Los Angeles, and traveled the world for his father’s job.  He also served in the US Army Reserve and was a 45 year resident of the Antelope Valley.  Russ was Director of Tubing at Rockwell Intl. (Boeing) for many years and was well liked by anyone he met, therefore he will be missed by all.  His love was restoring antique cars with his friends Billy, Jack and Danny and was working on the 36 Ford that he took his driver’s test in.  Memorial services will be held at 11AM, Thursday, March 19, 2015 at Chapel of the Valley Mortuary, Palmdale.  You may sign the condolence book at www.chapelofthevalleymortuary.com .  Chapel of the Valley Mortuary Palmdale, Directors.
