Ruby Perry

Perry, Ruby Virginia Lovingly called Mom, Grandma and Oma, born May 18, 1919 in Wilmington, Ohio. Passed away December 11, 2013 in Lancaster, Calif. after a long illness, at the age of 94. Her lively sense of humor will be missed greatly. She was a member of a Bunco group and loved to go shopping. She is survived by her only daughter, Penny Corbett (Douglas), 3 honorary YaYa daughters, Gae, Pam and Cindy, 3 grandchildren, Rick Corbett (Pam), Shantell Willis (Paul) and Mike Corbett, 16 great grandchildren and 1 great - great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 43 years, Glendon Perry and her grandson Jimmy Corbett. Ruby and Glen moved here in 1988 to be close to their daughter and her family. A celebration of life will be held at 4:00pm Wednesday, December 18, 2013 at Palmdale United Methodist Church. Chapel of the Valley Mortuary, Palmdale Directors.
