Margaret Cummins

Margaret Jean Cummins passed away September 3, 2016 in Palmdale Regional Medical Center, Palmdale, California. She was born December 23, 1927 in Los Angeles and moved to Riverside, CA, at age 2. She grew up and went to school in Riverside and graduated from Poly High School. She worked at the Riverside Press Enterprise for several years as well as selling Real Estate. In 1970 she moved to Palmdale to once again sell Real Estate. She was active in the Antelope Valley Genealogical Society, Ladies of Courage and the Fin and Feather club. The Old Timer’s Reunion was one of her favorite events. Jean was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Jere Davis; her son, Kenneth A. Naylor and her husband, Haldane Cummins. She is survived by her daughter, Patti (Ralph) Blum of Harlan, Iowa; 5 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. Also, she is survived by step children: Neil (Nanci) Cummins, Larimore (Kathie) Cummins and Ann Wiley, 7 step-grandchildren, 9 step-great grandchildren and 5 step great-great grandchildren.
