Loraine Kelly

KELLY, Loraine Tabler, March 3, 1926 – Feb. 10, 2012.  Loraine was born in Reedley Calif. to Arthur and Minnie Tabler.  She had 3 older brothers, Marion, Rodney and Arthur.  After finishing school in Reedley, she attended Samuel Merritt School of Nursing in Oakland where she received her nursing degree.  She married Robert Kelly on Jan. 21, 1951 and they were longtime residents of Palmdale.  They had two children, Michael Kelly (Laura) of Maryland, Patricia Houseal (Warren) of Lancaster and 5 grandchildren, Drew Kelly (Beth) of North Carolina, Devon Kelly of Virginia, Jessica, Cassidy and Kimberly Houseal of Lancaster and her beloved puppy, Lily.  She was preceded in death by Robert (2003), her parents and her three brothers. Memorial services will be held at 11am, Friday, Feb. 17, 2012 at Chapel of the Valley Mortuary.  Interment will be at Riverside National Cemetery at a later date.  You may sign the condolence book at www.chapelofthevalleymortuary.com.  Mom-Grandma.
