Jojo was born on August 10, 2000, in California and tragically passed away on December 20, 2023.

Jojo was a remarkable soul who touched the lives of everyone around her with her exuberant presence She had an eventful life as part of such a large family. Jojo made it to all of the parties and always brought a smile to the faces of those around her, especially when she would show her excitement by lifting her hands and widening her eyes.

Jojo always enjoyed listening to music, and when she was little, her parents would carry her and dance with her in their arms. When she got a little older, they would dance with her in her wheelchair, keeping her in the middle of all the  action. Like the rest of her  family, she had an eclectic taste in music, ranging from Spanish and African rhythm to more mellow songs. She had her own playlist that were catered to the music that she had the strongest reactions to.

Jojo was also an aunt to a number of nieces and just one nephew, she had the joy of holding them when they were babies. She possessed a very tranquil and nurturing energy, making her the perfect Aunt for them all to cuddle or nap with. The love of her family remains immeasurable, and they will forever cherish every moment spent with her.

Despite facing numerous physical challenges, Jojo had a lot of accomplishments. With a lot of effort, she built up the ability to lift her head up on her own. Most of her communication  was through blinking techniques, but one day the family heard a cryand thought it was one of her siblings, but they found that Jojo had managed to get their attention without even having to have her voice box on - just like the rest of her siblings, quiet wasn't an option.

Jojo leaves behind an incredibly loving and family who mad sure she had the best life she could. She is survived by her Mamma - Donna Everton, her additional Moms - Mary Kabasa and Jean Rice, her Dad - Ernesto Del Alto, her siblings, Ernesto and Marriane Del Alto, Miguel Angel and Victoria Del Alto, Emilia Del Alto, Miracle Del Alto, Heaven Del Alto, Serenity Del Alto, and Symphony Del Alto  Melania Jarquin Mata, Neomi Chavez, Jeremy Chavez, Luso Clemens, .
