Jessie Knowles

KNOWLES, Jessie "Lois"     Born on December 14, 1916 in Council Hill, Oklahoma.  Passed away on May 12, 2014 at the age of 97 years in Palmdale, California.  Lois is survived by her husband, Richard Ortega, daughter, Carolyn Boscon, son, Donald and his wife Ellen Knowles, daughter-in-law,  Judy Knowles, six grandchildren; Bobby Knowles, Daniel Knowles, Sherlyn Bryant, Sharlene Benci, Kimberly Acuna, and William Knowles, eight great-grandchildren, Robert Knowles, Christopher Knowles, Michael Knowles, Westley Bryant, Bradley Benci, Kimberly Benci, Cole Larochelle, and Malia Larochelle.  Lois was loved and respected by all, and will be greatly missed.  "May God bless her and keep her in his arms forever".  A viewing will be held from 3-7pm on Friday, May 23, 2014 at Chapel of the Valley Mortuary.  A graveside service will be held at 10am on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at Desert Lawn Memorial Park.  You may sign the condolence book at:   www.chapelofthevalleymortuary.com .  Chapel of the Valley Mortuary, Palmdale Directors.
