Retired Littlerock High School teacher, Glenn S. Miller passed away on Jan. 29, 2022 at the age of 67 after complications with COVID.
Glenn spent many years pouring himself into the support and guidance of young adults. He spent seven years as a director at youth homes in Stockton with a passion for opening opportunities up to troubled youth to choose better paths in life.
When he returned to his hometown, Palmdale, he began teaching. His love of history and for his country made his teaching come alive in the classroom. He sought out students in whom he saw potential and pushed them to see it in themselves.
Before his passing, Glenn assured his family that he’d lived a good life and was comfortable with passing on if God was calling him home. It is without doubt that his family believes Glenn was met with a healthy “job well-done” from our Lord and Savior.
He is survived by his brother, Mitch Miller; sister-in-law Janet Miller; niece, Jennifer Mullins and her spouse and children, Steve, Shannon and Zachary, and great-great nephews Erik, Troy and Clay.
