Ernest Williams

Ernest Williams was born September 2, 1948 in Toledo Ohio.  He was always concerned and cared deeply for his family.  He was always known for loving sweets and his famous phrase “I heard that” and “Boy, boy, boy”.  His memory will be cherished by his children; daughter, Shalanda Williams, sons Troy Williams and Tony Williams, daughter, Tammy Williams, son, Kevin Williams and daughter Patricia Williams Dumas, and 19 grandkids.  His sisters, Patricia Marie Williams, Clarice Williams, nephews, Andre Williams and De’Shaun Williams, nieces, Michelle Hall and Chandra Baker, his parents Clarence and Julia Williams and sister Shirley Baker preceded him in death.  His aunts, Sadie Burnham, Rose Rhynes and Jessie Davis – Uncle Bob Davis.  His longtime companion for over 30 years Barbara Talley and his inherited extended family Sherrie Pruitt, Rondall Talley, Dominic Talley, Marvin Guillory, Eric Hardwell, Shoda Pruitt, Billy Washington, Dementrice Talley and a hosts of relatives and friends.  Ernest will be greatly missed  -- “I heard that”.
A visitation service will be held from 10-11:30am, with a funeral service at 11:30am both on Friday, April 12, 2013 at Chapel of the Valley Mortuary, Palmdale, Calif.  A graveside will follow at Desert Lawn Memorial Park, Palmdale, Calif.
