Dora Carrier

CARRIER, Dora Mae   Born Nov. 16, 1929 in Pennsylvania.  Passed away on Oct. 23, 2012 in Lancaster, Calif.  Dora is survived by her husband, Walter Carrier, two sons, Gerald (wife, Barbara) Carrier, and Steven (wife, Terry) Carrier, three daughters, Carla (husband, David) Chandler, Janice (husband, Michael) Wells, and Sharon (husband, Ken) Sylvester.  She is also survived by her 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and numerous family and friends.  In 1949, Dora graduated from Meadville City Hospital as a Registered Nurse.  In her 35 years of residency in the Antelope Valley, she was a 20 year member of the AV Allied Arts Association, in Lancaster, Calif.  You may sign the condolence book at:  www.chapelofthevalleymortuary.com.  Chapel of the Valley Mortuary, Palmdale Directors.
