Cherylann Scott

June 1, 1959 — January 4, 2015

Cherylann Scott was called home Sunday, January 4th, 2015 in Palmdale California. She was the second born to Ransom Ben Williams and Safornia Jeanette Williams who precede her in death along with her sister Bridgette Williams. Cherylann's family moved to Los Angeles in 1959 where she attended Parmelee Avenue Elementary School, Henry Clay Middle School, and Gardena High School. Cherylann married Johnnie Scott and had a daughter named Desinae.           Cherylann was kind-hearted and loving. She enjoyed taking care of others whether it be her family or just those who needed help. Cherylann furthered her education in the medical field and also opened several boy's group homes. Cherylann had a passion for taking care of the elderly from a young age when she had to help care for her Grandfather. Cherylann owned her own business taking care of the elderly and was committed to serving God as she is a Christian woman. Cherylann was a member of the Solid Rock Baptist Church where the Reverend Hackett was her Pastor. She also sung in the choir and loved serving God.          Cherylann leaves behind her husband Johnnie Scott, daughter Desinae Williams, four sisters and five brothers: Deborah, Kim, Sonya, Shevette, Robert, Jeffrey, Christopher, Shawn and Bryant. Cherylann also leaves behind 34 nieces and nephews, 3 aunts, and a host of other family and friends.
