Charles Staggs

Staggs, Charles E. age 84, passed away June 9, 2019.  He was a resident of the Antelope Valley for 55 years. Chuck was survived by his son Charles Staggs Jr. and wife Karen; daughters, Wanda Bowes and husband Steven, Vicki Stoiloff and husband John; grandchildren, Brian, Traci and Sean Staggs, Christopher and Kevin Bowes, Tressa, Joseph and John Lee Stoiloff and numerous great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Juanita Joan Staggs in 2000. Though we grieve our loss, there is joy too, in having known and loved such a special person.
