Born January 3, 1922, in New Orleans, LA. Passed away February 10, 2013, in Lancaster, Calif. She is survived by her son, Glenn Davis and his wife Debra, daughter, Patti Smith and her husband Larry, sister, Dorothy Roden, grandchildren, Tamar, Justin, Sarah, and Morgan, and four great-grandchildren. Adele in her youth resided in New Orleans and attended college at MSCW. She worked at Port of Embarkation in New Orleans during World War II, where she met Clayton Davis, Jr. She married Clayton on January 5, 1947, and relocated to California. Adele was active in the Eastern Star, and the Iris Society. She also enjoyed rose gardening with her husband.
